We will have a 3 session workshop on making crepes.
This course is for students who are proficient in French (B1 level or above). At the end of each class, students will be able to sit down together, chat in French, and enjoy the crepes they just prepared.
Dishes to be made: Crêpes au grand marnier, Crêpes aux épinards, and Crêpes aux fruits de mer
