Learn all about Cajun music and the Cajun musical storytelling tradition. James DeRoussel and friends will play some Cajun music, sing in French, and explain the songs, their lyrics, and their cultural significance.  Free and open to the public.

The event brings together local European communities and cultural centers together and highlight their offerings and contributions to New Orleans.  The focus will be put on cultural and linguistic diversity.  L’Union Française will have a booth at the event and is sponsoring a Cajun music performance by Les Bons-Riens at 10:30 a.m.  Free event, open to the public.
