Well, it’s Spring again and that means a L’Union Française outing!!! Our members and guests will be gathering at Longue Vue House and Gardens on April 20th at 10:00 a.m. We will have the pleasure a private tour of this most elegant venue after which we will have an equally elegant lunch at the Chateau de Lac Bistro on Metairie Road. This luncheon will also be a private affair, as the Bistro is not ordinarily open for lunch on Saturday. Chef Jacques Saleun has a special menu prepared for us. Chef Jacques will make himself available to us for conversation and discussion d’affaires françaises!!
