Cultural Discussion about Madame Bovary–2018

Come and join us for an interesting lecture on the trial of Madame Bovary’s author, Gustave Flaubert. Bovary was a mid 1800’s young woman seeking a more interesting and romantic life rather than her banal existance where she spends lavishly and enters into a series of disappointing affairs.

This event is coordinated by Roger Vairat, Academic Director of l’Union Française.

Thursday March 15th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm

4522 Prytania Street

Father Peter Rogers will be talking about the famous Madame Bovary novel by Gustave Flaubert.

The lecture will be followed by a Q&A as well as wine, refreshments and snacks.

This event is free of charge. We hope to see you there!
